Periodically contests will be announced and the ratings will count toward FREE sexy jewelry packages for our winners. Only members will be able to vote during contest times.

Sex eJewelry is always looking for new design ideas. If your special order request is unique and appealing, we may decide to add the selection to our regular line up. If you inspired* the addition, you will be refunded any additional material and handling charges from your original order - plus 100% of the website price for that item. In other words, it's FREE! It's our way of saying thanks. You will even have the opportunity to name the item(s).**

*Any special order requests that are finally added to our regular line up become the intellectual property of Sex eJewelry.

Exchange / Replacement Policy

If your order is damaged during shipping, contact us immediately for return authorization. Damaged orders returned to Sex eJewelry unused within 15 days will be replaced at Sex eJewelry's expense. *Restrictions apply. Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. We hope your shopping experience with Sex eJewelry is ALMOST as pleasurable as wearing it!

*Damaged Clit and Nipple Clips must be returned unused and unopened. How is that possible? Your new jewelry will arrive inside plain unmarked packaging. Before shipping, your clips will be heat sealed in clear plastic. You will be able to remove the item and inspect your new clip through the plastic. 

We will not restock returned jewelry for resale due to the nature of the product, and therefore do not accept standard returns.

Our jewelry is made with only the highest quality materials. Sex eJewelry uses sturdy 18-gauge wire, quality chain footage, genuine European cut crystals and metal beads. Our goal is to provide a very unique and exciting experience at pleasing prices.

Shipping

Our standard shipping method is USPS Priority Mail for domestic orders and USPS Global Priority for international orders. Currently, we do not offer any other shipping methods. When your order ships, which is usually between 5-7 business days, you will receive an emailed shipping confirmation and tracking number. 

USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation does not provide guaranteed transit times or delivery dates.  However our experience has shown most domestic deliveries occur 2-3 business days after shipping.
